All skin concerns
With every concern something else counts: where it sits, which season it is, how old it is or how deep it lies. Pick your concern and read what counts in your case.
With acne it is where it sits that counts, because the place says something about the cause. With pigmentation it is which season it is. With scars how old they are, and with melasma how deep the pigment lies. That sounds like a detail and it decides the outcome: start with the wrong question and you spend months treating the wrong thing.
You do not need to know what it is called. Tick what you see and we will find the page for it.

What we do together
with a doctor.
We do treat these concerns, only not on our own. The doctor does what is medically needed and we do what the skin asks for alongside that. Who starts depends on what is going on.
What belongs with a doctor.
These pages have no booking button. They are here because people ask us about this while lying in our chair, and then a good answer beats an evasive one.
What nobody
can do anything about.
It says so plainly, with the explanation of why no cream or device takes it away. Then you know where you stand before you start anything.
Then start
with what you see.
Two signposts that sort by colour or by what you feel, rather than by a name you do not know.
The same four questions,
every time.
What is it, really
Explained the way we say it in the treatment room, with the medical term alongside.
What works and what does not
What works and what we advise against, and the reason behind both.
What we do about it
Which treatment fits, what you can expect from it and what it costs.
How we measure it
We record how your skin stands at the start, so that a difference can be seen later.
Everything starts with measuring.
Every skin question starts with an assessment, which can also end in us advising no treatment at all.
