At Diba you are seen by skin therapists, orthomolecular skin specialists and beauty specialists. Skin therapist is a protected title in the Netherlands: it takes a degree and registration in the national register for allied health professionals.
- NVH and the register for allied health professionalsOur skin therapists are members of the professional association and listed in the register. Many supplementary policies require that before they reimburse.
- Contracts with health insurersWhether your treatment is reimbursed depends on your concern and on your supplementary policy.
- ANBOS and the SKIN RegisterThe clinic is a member of the trade association, with requirements on training, hygiene and complaints handling; our beauty specialists are listed in the SKIN Register.

Do I need to know which treatment I want?
No. Advice is exactly what you come for. We work out together what suits your skin and your goal.
What does a first appointment cost?
An intake with treatment advice on its own costs 50 euros and takes thirty minutes. If you book a treatment on advice, we reserve two hours if you are new and one hour if you are already a client; the intake fee is waived as soon as we treat.
Can I book only a consultation?
Yes, and that is one of the two ways to start when you do not yet know what you need. The skin consultation takes thirty minutes: measuring, explanation and a plan you take home. The other way is a treatment on advice, in which we also treat in the same appointment if that is possible. You decide which of the two.
Is a skin analysis always needed?
Not always. When a skin scan adds something, we explain what we measure and why.
